ROLE OF THE SECTION
The Section is guided by the
Legislation and Court Rule Comment Policy of the Washington State
Bar Association. The Section
principally reviews Bills that are referred to it by the Bar and by our
members. The Section strives
not to take policy positions and acts to help inform members of the
State Legislature on pending and proposed Bills.
The Section also acts to propose amendments when they are deemed
appropriate and in the interest of our members.
